Performed site assessment, percolation test, and design to obtain permits, executed the construction of the new septic system, and close out the old cesspool. Designed and installed a 1250-gal septic tank with an associated leach field and backfill of an existing cesspool.  A pump was added due to the discovery of a secondary sewer source lower than the installed septic intake. A cost evaluation was conducted to compare adding a pump to the secondary sewer line versus lowering the septic system and intake, since the construction of the system had already started, and adding the pump proved to be the most economical solution.

Provided project management phased design and permitting, interior demolition, and renovation to new auto body shop customer reception area with updated electrical wiring, lighting, and interior finishes.  The second phase included the design and demolition of the additional existing showroom and sales floor, and conversion to new finishes, lighting, and epoxy flooring for the training area, customer drive-in inspection area, and windshield installation work bay area.
